Assessment

Jean understands that teaching a group about leading change requires both practical and experiential approaches. The first step in many of the programmes is to learn about oneself. Jean’s participants complete a diagnostic self-assessment to give them personalized insights and a better understanding into their own strengths, needs in the workplace, and their leadership paradigm.

Jean is licensed to use StrengthsFinder and The Kets de Vries Institute’s Organisational Culture Audit (OCA).

An Ever-Changing Workforce
Now more than ever, cross cultural dialogues are occurring across our societies, and the workplace is no different. How a manager or a firm properly navigates this, as well as how they foster an environment of collaboration, promotion of cross-cultural differences, and strengths will determine their future success. Jean has delivered courses, and workshops on “International Leadership and Challenges with Globalisation”, “Global Leadership”, and “How To Cross Culturally Manage on an Individual, Team, and Company Level.”
Organisational Change
Businesses, like people need to adapt and overcome challenges whenever they are presented. How they do that, like people, depends a lot on the decision makers and leaders. Jean has been teaching and consulting on the process of change, and what steps organisations and businesses need to take before they can begin.
Speaking Engagements
Jean has been the keynote speaker and guest for numerous annual business meetings. An experienced speaker and facilitator, he has spoken at TedX events, workshops, and seminars. His current topics of discussion include surviving as a leader in a changing environment, understanding and managing cross cultural differences in a multinational organisation, and leading change.

Insights

Jean works directly with his clients, usually in-house when possible, to diagnose and treat their organisational level problems. He meets with and sources the real pain points in an organisation, or its managers to quickly see how and where improvements can be made. Then he designs customized action plans aimed at addressing their particular challenges in order to facilitate long lasting change.
